Tennis rackets are provided but we advise to bring your own as there is a limited supply of junior rackets. Bottle of water also a cap and suntan lotion if required.
Please note to bring a suitable outdoor light rain jacket.
What happens in bad weather?
We will always endeavour to run sessions even during a drizzle or light showers. If the weather is deemed unplayable to start the lesson, a notice will go out as a text message. If a lesson is completely cancelled due to bad weather it will be replaced by a make up lesson during the term. No replacement lessons can be carried from one term to the next.
Bad weather during a lesson
Lessons that are interrupted by rain that have run for 25 mins will be counted and charged for.
Cancellation
Courses cancelled before the course starts will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Courses cancelled during a course will receive no refund.
Bad Behaviour
Bad behaviour will not be tolerated and children will be asked to leave the course with no refund, if behaviour does not improve following a warning.
PLEASE NOTE
Refunds will not be given if a session is missed due to your decision not to attend, including parties, travel, holidays, illness and religious festivals. Also please do not ask if your child can do a ‘make up’ session due to a missed lesson. This cannot be done as I keep all sessions within the LTA player/coach ratio guidelines. You would not be happy if two extra people kept turning up for one of your child’s lessons thus upping the ratio.
