Squash
Bigger Racket, Bigger Ball, Bigger Rallies!
Formally known as Racketball, Squash 57 is an easier version of Squash. The game is played with a shorter racket than Squash, with a bigger head. Players play with a bigger, bouncier ball which lengthens the rallies but lessens the impact on the joints.
Squash 57 is played on a squash court and the rules are very similar to Squash. The bouncier ball makes it a lot easier to take up, making it perfect for beginners. Squash 57 also offers all the cardio benefits of Squash without the impact on the joints!
We run Squash 57 Ladder Leagues approximately every six weeks. Leagues consist of 5 or 4 players depending on the number of participants. The leagues are friendly and fun, and open to players of all ages and abilities.
Coaching sessions are available if anyone wants to come and have a go!
