Background & Experience

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years as a tennis coach and now a personal trainer. I have gained experience in the UK and Australia working in gyms and outdoors. In this time I have trained myself to achieve multiple marathons and recently became an Ironman, raising over ten thousand pounds for charity. This has taught me new skills that I look to pass on to my clients to make their sessions as specific to their training needs to achieve their short and long term goals.
